Regional Manager - Senior Project Manager, Professional Construction Services

Mr. Collins is a Regional Manager with our company and part of his responsibilities include the day to day management of our Construction Cleanup Division which provides professional construction services across the United States. He is a hands on Director/Supervisor who has completed numerous projects as a subcontractor under EMJ Corporation among other companies.

His projects have primarily consisted of preparing concrete floors and the interior/exterior for grand openings of newly constructed Lowe’s facilities.

The Regional Management position has provided Mr. Collins with experience in dealing with roof top package units along with central plant centrifugal chillers and associated condensation pumps/flow valves. He further has been responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of sprinkler heads, lines, backflow preventers, and fire pumps.

Mr. Collins has been certified in the capacities of The Euclid Chemical Company – Approved Applicator, Advanced Floor Products – RetroPlate Certification, University of South Florida – OSHA Training Institute - 510 Training, University of South Florida – OSHA Training Institute - 500 Training.
